Outdoor gatherings are limited for private residences from 50 to 25 people. Violators may be subject to civil fines of $500 per person that exceeds the gathering limit. Note: Event venues and public space capacity remains the same.

Businesses must close or cease service at 9:30 p.m.

Residents are instructed to stay home between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. unless they must go out for errands, like getting groceries, addressing health needs, or taking a walk.
